Information for Wholesalers
General Information for wholesalers and dropshippers:
Our wholesale/dropship program is available only to customers with a retail license who will be reselling the items they purchase. We do require some proof of your business, our preferred method is by retail license, as this will ensure that you do not have ot pay state tax on any of your orders. If you do not have a retail license, taxes will be assessed on all orders shipped to the state of Idaho. Those without a retail license will also need to prove the exsistance of their business in order to receive approval to access the wholesale portion of the site.
Currently, only our favors and a select few other items are available for dropshipping or wholesale purchases. When your wholesale application is approved (usually within 24 hours of applying), you will be able to access a section of the catalog that is for wholesale customers only. There you will be able to see what is available, and what your reduced pricing is.
To Apply for a wholesale account:
2. Your account will be approved within 24 hours. At that time you will be asked to send in a copy of your retail license for us to keep on file. For those without a retail license, you may be requested to provide additional proof of ownership for your business, this will be done at our discretion.
3. Once approved, you will be able to use the pasword you chose to access the wholesale portion of the site. Please note that only those items listed in the wholesale category are available, you may order other items, but will be charged the full cost of the item, plus full shipping and handling fees.
Dropshipping Policy:
We are happy to dropship to your customers at no additional charge. When dropshipping, we will use your company name on the return label, with our return address. At your request, we will include up to 2 promotional items for you in your packages, these must be provided by you. Bulky promotional items may be limited to storage space. In addition, if you would like to e-mail us an invoice to include with your order, we will be happy to do so.
Wholesale Policy:
Wholesale orders of $300 or more may be elligible for additional discounts, please contact us.
Payments:
Payments may be made using paypal or a credit card. We accept most major credit cards. Payments are due upon placement of order.
Once you have done business with one of our companies for 1 year or longer, you may request to establish an account. If paying by an established account, you will be billed at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 2 weeks of the date you are invoiced. Invoices will be sent via e-mail. Failure to pay an invoice within 30 days of billing date will result in your credit card on file being billed, and you will no longer be able to place orders via account.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS or DHL, at our discretion. Shipping on wholesale and dropship orders is a flat rate of $9.00 per order
Rush Orders:
Orders needed in less than 1 week of the date the order is placed are considered rush orders. We will make every attempt possible to complete these orders and ship in time for delivery on the date you requested or that is indicated in the personalization information. You will be notified within 24 hours if we will not be able to complete a rush order in time.
Refunds:
You may receive a full refund on any order up until the time the proof has been approved. If the item is not personalized, and there is no proof, the order may be cancelled up to the time of shipping for a complete refund.
Returns and Exchanges:
All personalized items are non-returnable and may not be exchanged for any other item.
For health and safety purposes, we also do not accept returns on food or bath items.
All other items may be returned within 30 days of order for a full refund of the purchase price, provided they are in the same condition they were when shipped to you. We will not refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping.
If an item is defective, it will be replaced at our expense.
Damaged Products:
We guarantee the arrival of all of our products. Should a product arrive damaged, \simply notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge (we may request return of the original item, if this is required a shipping voucher will be sent to you or your customer. Should we make an error on the order the same terms will apply.
Personalized Items:
We will not be responsible for any mistakes in personalization once a proof has been approved. All personalized items are non-refundable.
Personal Use of Products:
You may order products for your personal use or your business use at our wholesale prices only if you meet all of the following:
1.You are a registered dealer.
2.You have placed at least one non-personal order (may be waived with special permission)
3.Our products are currently on display on your website or in your store
